Pioneers Digital Investment is building the infrastructure to hold specific, serial‑numbered gold bars in a bonded vault in Muscat and to record who owns each bar in a secure digital register.

We start with gold because it is the asset people in the region already trust, and we build every step around a simple test: at any moment, a holder should be able to point to the exact bar they own.
Four steps, each one documented, so that ownership rests on contracts and records, not on promises.
Gold bars from recognised refiners, bought from a licensed counterparty and paid for before allocation.
Each bar is identified by refiner, serial number and weight, and allocated to a named holder. Nothing is pooled.
Bars are held in a bonded precious‑metals vault in Muscat, insured and segregated, to the order of their holder.
Ownership is entered in an electronic bar register. The holder receives an electronic certificate as evidence of it.
A holder owns specific bars, not a share of an unidentified stock.
Custody terms are being set so that holders' bars cannot be lent, pledged or set off against anyone's debts.
A holder can ask for delivery of their bars, subject to the terms and applicable import rules.
Holdings are reconciled against the vault and the register on a regular schedule.
Every holder is identified and screened before any allocation. No anonymous accounts.
The structure is built with Omani counsel under Omani law, for gold held in Oman.
A first allocation of physical gold to an institutional holder, run end to end: purchase, allocation, custody and register.
Extending access to a wider set of holders through a dedicated platform, once the required registrations and approvals are in place.
The same custody and register infrastructure, applied to other precious metals and real‑world assets.
